How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before orders ship. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Please note that during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays, processing and shipping times are not guaranteed and will likely be extended due to increased order volume.
What are my options for expedited shipping?
To optimize the customer experience according to individual needs, we offer expedited shipping through various carriers, selectable at checkout. Estimated shipping times, provided by carriers, are not guaranteed, and consequently, we cannot refund shipping charges if orders do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
It's important to note that expedited shipping does not bypass the standard processing time required to ship an order. Please be aware that FedEx Express services, such as FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight, do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
US Return Policy
We want you to love your paddle! We offer a 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy. Simply buy the paddle you're interested in, play with it for 30 days. If it doesn't work for your game, return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different one. Plus, Selkirk covers standard shipping both ways. We’ve taken the risk out of purchasing a new paddle.
International Return Policy
We want our international (outside the US) customers to love their paddle as well! We offer the same 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy with the exception of the free shipping. Simply buy the paddle you're interested in, play with it for 30 days. If it doesn't work for your game, return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different one. Selkirk is more than happy to extend this offer, however we are not able to cover the associated shipping costs for international orders.
*Clear signs of abuse would disqualify products from being eligible for return. Evidence of play, however, is not considered abuse, so feel free to play away!
