How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before it ships. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Note that processing and shipping times may vary during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays and are not guaranteed.
What are my options for expedited shipping?
To optimize the customer experience according to individual needs, we offer expedited shipping through various carriers, selectable at checkout. Estimated shipping times, provided by carriers, are not guaranteed, and consequently, we cannot refund shipping charges if orders do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.

US Return Policy
Unused items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of being received. We will refund the original payment method. Returns showing wear or lacking tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please unbox products carefully to avoid damage.

All items with original tags that have not been used, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The size and looks of the bag are awesome. However , it needs two fence hangers. When you hang it on the fence it collapses in on itself and is almost impossible to zip.
The space in this bag is unbelievable! Well made and easy to carry around! Love the off white color!
I've purchased 2 of the Core Line bags but didn't like how the shoes section was designed within the bag. I never used it. I purchased this Pro Line bag just for the shoe compartment. I had a Pro Kennex bag (more horizontal) which had an excellent shoes compartment and easy to get to. It ran its course over 4 years.
While I do like to shoe compartment better on this one than the Core Line, I wished it had a sectioned area versus one big one when you open the top. Additionally, a front zippered compartment would have been ideal just like on the Core Line.
Overall, a functional bag that's good not great. For this price point, I'd expect more innovation of space utilization.
There is so much space in this bag for everything pickleball. It fits my three main paddles: balls, wraps, edge guards, food, and drink.
This bag is a game-changer. I used to have a duffle bag for my first bag, but this one outshines any other bag I've owned, thanks to its unmatched spaciousness.
I can use the side pockets for a speaker to play music.
The built-in hook is one of my favorite touches to keep it off the dirty ground.
