How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before it ships. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Note that processing and shipping times may vary during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays and are not guaranteed.
What are my options for expedited shipping?
To optimize the customer experience according to individual needs, we offer expedited shipping through various carriers, selectable at checkout. Estimated shipping times, provided by carriers, are not guaranteed, and consequently, we cannot refund shipping charges if orders do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
It's important to note that expedited shipping does not bypass the standard processing time required to ship an order. Please be aware that FedEx Express services, such as FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight, do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
US Return Policy
Unused items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of being received. We will refund the original payment method. Returns showing wear or lacking tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please unbox products carefully to avoid damage.

All items with original tags that have not been used, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This is a great bag for someone who has a ton of stuff they carry around. I have five paddles in the bag along with a handful of balls and other things that I usually use during the week.

Just started playing pickle ball 4+ months ago. Been using an old tennis bag I had laying around in my storage. I needed a larger bag so I started looking around online. I saw the line of Pro Line bags on Selkirk’s website and while the Tour Bag looked too big (and I was not wild about the mesh side pockets) the Team Bag looked just right. It arrived in just a few days and it was even better in person than online. The size is perfect and the materials are very high quality. The zippers are a tad stiff which is normal for new, high quality zippers. A trick I learned from a company I buy high quality bags and backpacks from for several years is to apply a bit of WD40 on the teeth and not only will the zippers slide much easier but it will also extend their life. Apply just a little once a year and you are good to go. Great job Selkirk!
This is a keeper; I have purchased three other bags and I have returned them all.
It is actually compact with interior zippered pockets pockets; shoe compartment is fine for my 9.5.

As well as it be nicer to have a straight shoe compartment since you have to push your stuff in the bag up in order to fit the shoes inside
