2. Measure Your Foot: Place the paper on the ground and stand on it with your heel against a wall. Make a mark at the tip of your longest toe. Ensure your heel stays flush against the wall.
3. Measure the Length: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure from the wall (heel) to the mark (toe). Record the measurement in inches or centimeters.
4. Check the Size Chart: Compare your measurement to our Recovery Shoe size chart. Remember, the sizing differs from standard running shoes:
   Example: If your foot measures 10.039 inches, select M 6 / W 8.
5. Pro Tip: Measure both feet, as one is often slightly larger. Use the larger measurement for sizing.
   For best results, measure at the end of the day when your feet are at their largest.

   • The recovery shoes and slides do not follow traditional sizing conventions. While most unisex shoes have a 1.5-size difference between men's and women's sizes, these have an even 2-size difference. For example, a Men’s 5 is equivalent to a Women’s 7, instead of the usual 6.5.
2. Do we recommend sizing up or down if in between sizes?
   • If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the best fit. Recovery shoes and slides are designed to be comfortable and should not feel tight.
3. Do we recommend going 1/2 size up for wider feet?
   • Yes, players with wider feet may find it beneficial to go half a size up to ensure the fit is comfortable.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before it ships. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Please note that during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays, processing and shipping times are not guaranteed and will likely be extended due to increased order volume.
