How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before it ships. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Please note that during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays, processing and shipping times are not guaranteed and will likely be extended due to increased order volume.

What are my options for expedited shipping?
To optimize the customer experience according to individual needs, we offer expedited shipping through various carriers, selectable at checkout. Estimated shipping times, provided by carriers, are not guaranteed, and consequently, we cannot refund shipping charges if orders do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
It's important to note that expedited shipping does not bypass the standard processing time required to ship an order. Please be aware that FedEx Express services, such as FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight, do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

US & Canada Return Policy
At Selkirk Sport, we want you to be completely satisfied with pickleball court shoe purchase. Eligible returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Trial and Assessment: Customers may try on shoes in a clean, indoor environment to assess sizing and comfort. Shoes cannot be worn outdoors or during active play that causes any wear, discoloration, dirt, or scuffs.
• Condition of Returns: Returned shoes must be in new, unused condition. This includes returning the shoes in their original manufacturer’s box, with all original packing tissue and tags intact. The original shoe box must be returned in its original condition, free from any tape, labels, or other items that could degrade, alter, or damage it.
• Worn Shoes: Shoes that have been worn outdoors or show signs of wear will not be eligible for return. They will however, remain eligible for warranty under the 6-Month Sole Guarantee policy (see warranty information).

All items with original tags that have not been used, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in, regardless of fluctuations in exchange rate.
