The CourtStrike pickleball shoe started as an observation – many pickleball players were using regular running or tennis shoes while playing. These lack the ideal traction for a pickleball court and don’t have the support needed for the game’s sudden lateral movements or pivots.

As we do with every Selkirk innovation, we first went to the drawing board with a mission: create a shoe uniquely designed for pickleball. Several prototypes later, the LABS S01 and S02 were released to our LABS members for testing and rigorous feedback. We truly believe that no product gets that Selkirk logo until we’re confident our pickleball community will love it.

Selkirk Sport 6-month Sole Warranty

Selkirk Sport CourtStrike and CourtStrike Pro Pickleball shoes are covered by a 6-month Sole Warranty for the outsole. This warranty covers instances where the outsole is worn down and exposes the midsole within 6 months from the purchase date.

Warranty Details:

The warranty only covers the rubber outsole of the shoe. Any damage to the toe bumper or upper material of the shoe is not covered under the outsole warranty.
Each sole warranty claim is limited to a one-time replacement.
Selkirk Sport reserves the right to evaluate and decide whether the shoe qualifies for replacement.
Should the purchased shoe be unavailable or discontinued, store credit in the amount of the original purchase price on the invoice may be applied toward another pair of shoes.
Sole warranties are valid in the United States and Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before it ships. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Please note that during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays, processing and shipping times are not guaranteed and will likely be extended due to increased order volume.

What are my options for expedited shipping?
To optimize the customer experience according to individual needs, we offer expedited shipping through various carriers, selectable at checkout. Estimated shipping times, provided by carriers, are not guaranteed, and consequently, we cannot refund shipping charges if orders do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
It's important to note that expedited shipping does not bypass the standard processing time required to ship an order. Please be aware that FedEx Express services, such as FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight, do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

US & Canada Return Policy
At Selkirk Sport, we want you to be completely satisfied with pickleball court shoe purchase. Eligible returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Trial and Assessment: Customers may try on shoes in a clean, indoor environment to assess sizing and comfort. Shoes cannot be worn outdoors or during active play that causes any wear, discoloration, dirt, or scuffs.
Condition of Returns: Returned shoes must be in new, unused condition. This includes returning the shoes in their original manufacturer’s box, with all original packing tissue and tags intact. The original shoe box must be returned in its original condition, free from any tape, labels, or other items that could degrade, alter, or damage it.
Worn Shoes: Shoes that have been worn outdoors or show signs of wear will not be eligible for return. They will however, remain eligible for warranty under the 6-Month Sole Guarantee policy (see warranty information).

International Return Policy

All items with original tags that have not been used, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in, regardless of fluctuations in exchange rate.

Great Shoes
I have a closet full of pickleball shoe “fails.” Constantly ISO comfortable ones (many of us have foot issues from lots of PB playing and the ravages of time). These new shoes arrived with much anticipation because I suspected Selkirk would offer a great shoe...and was right! Very comfortable and agile on the court. Happy customer and will order another pair when new colorways are offered.
