How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before it ships. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Note that processing and shipping times may vary during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays and are not guaranteed.
What are my options for expedited shipping?
To optimize the customer experience according to individual needs, we offer expedited shipping through various carriers, selectable at checkout. Estimated shipping times, provided by carriers, are not guaranteed, and consequently, we cannot refund shipping charges if orders do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.

US Return Policy
Unused items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of being received. We will refund the original payment method. Returns showing wear or lacking tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please unbox products carefully to avoid damage.
International Return Policy
All items with original tags that have not been used, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This is perfect! It fits all the paddles and balls for when my family and I walk to the park for to play. Well-made and just the right size for anyone to carry it and be comfortable.

I would not recommend this bag because it doesn't have a fence hanger. Everything is good except one major problem is you didn't put a fence hanger like all of your other bags have. Otherwise I am pleased with product. That's why I only gave it 4 stars.

The part about holding 6 paddles was a little mis-leading. I'm certain it will hold 6 but since there weren't internal pics, I assumed that there were separate pouches or some sort of dividers inside. My mistake but it's a really nice backpack if that's what you're looking for.
