How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before orders ship. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Please note that during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays, processing and shipping times are not guaranteed and will likely be extended due to increased order volume.
What are my options for expedited shipping?
To optimize the customer experience according to individual needs, we offer expedited shipping through various carriers, selectable at checkout. Estimated shipping times, provided by carriers, are not guaranteed, and consequently, we cannot refund shipping charges if orders do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
It's important to note that expedited shipping does not bypass the standard processing time required to ship an order. Please be aware that FedEx Express services, such as FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight, do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
US Return Policy
We want you to love your paddle! We offer a 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy. Simply buy the paddle you're interested in, play with it for 30 days. If it doesn't work for your game, return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different one. Plus, Selkirk covers standard shipping both ways. We’ve taken the risk out of purchasing a new paddle.
International Return Policy
We want our international (outside the US) customers to love their paddle as well! We offer the same 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy with the exception of the free shipping. Simply buy the paddle you're interested in, play with it for 30 days. If it doesn't work for your game, return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different one. Selkirk is more than happy to extend this offer, however we are not able to cover the associated shipping costs for international orders.
*Clear signs of abuse would disqualify products from being eligible for return. Evidence of play, however, is not considered abuse, so feel free to play away!

I have the Vanguard Control Epic Lightweight variant of this paddle, and bought it specifically for the rough carbon face and light/fast response. It is a superb doubles paddle for playing at the net, and powerful enough for strong players... I have no problem hitting it too deep! Seriously, the improved feel/touch lets me return deep, make the power shots, hit a topspin forehand with varying pace, put a good slice on a backhand return to drop it into the kitchen and make it jump backwards toward the net. It's a great control paddle, and I've found that increased control lets me get away with less power for more precise placement.
I know the trend is for faster paddles with more 'pop' but you give up precision for that power. IMO they're best-suited for the top players, while this is a great 3.0-4.5 or better paddle.
My only complaint is that my first paddle broke after 9 months of playing, not from hitting the ground but from returning a VERY hard serve. It had a slight crack along the vertical edge of one of the 'swirl' patterns molded into the paddle face (the step at the pattern edge likely created a stress riser). Of course, I made a warranty claim with Selkirk, and to their credit they immediately honored it; my new replacement paddle is on its way. Selkirk product performance and service performance is why my next/different paddle will also be a Selkirk.
