Trial and Assessment: Customers may try on shoes in a clean, indoor environment to assess sizing and comfort. Shoes cannot be worn outdoors or during active play that causes any wear, discoloration, dirt, or scuffs.
Condition of Returns: Returned shoes must be in new, unused condition. This includes returning the shoes in their original manufacturer’s box, with all original packing tissue and tags intact. The original shoe box must be returned in its original condition, free from any tape, labels, or other items that could degrade, alter, or damage it.
Worn Shoes: Shoes that have been worn outdoors or show signs of wear will not be eligible for return. They will however, remain eligible for warranty under the 6-Month Sole Guarantee policy.
