Limited 1-Year Warranty

SLK pickleball paddles are guaranteed against workmanship and manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to anyone beyond the original purchaser.

What's Covered and What's Not

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by hits to the ground, abuse, negligence or user modification, as well as natural breakdown or fading of graphics over extended use are not covered.

Miscellaneous

This warranty is available for SLK pickleball paddles in the United States only. SLK holds the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our limited warranty. SLK has the sole discretion to determine whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our limited warranty. SLK has the sole discretion on replacement paddles when the original paddle has been discontinued. Replacement paddles will not carry any similar warranty.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before orders ship. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Note that processing and shipping times may vary during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays and are not guaranteed.

What are my options for expedited shipping?
To optimize the customer experience according to individual needs, we offer expedited shipping through various carriers, selectable at checkout. Estimated shipping times, provided by carriers, are not guaranteed, and consequently, we cannot refund shipping charges if orders do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
It's important to note that expedited shipping does not bypass the standard processing time required to ship an order. Please be aware that FedEx Express services, such as FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight, do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

US Return Policy
We want you to love your paddle! We offer a 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy. Simply buy the paddle you're interested in, play with it for 30 days. If it doesn't work for your game, return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different one. Plus, Selkirk covers standard shipping both ways. We’ve taken the risk out of purchasing a new paddle.

International Return Policy
We want our international (outside the US) customers to love their paddle as well! We offer the same 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy with the exception of the free shipping. Simply buy the paddle you're interested in, play with it for 30 days. If it doesn't work for your game, return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different one. Selkirk is more than happy to extend this offer, however we are not able to cover the associated shipping costs for international orders.

*Clear signs of abuse would disqualify products from being eligible for return. Evidence of play, however, is not considered abuse, so feel free to play away!

I have been playing with the Max, and the longer grip, for several weeks and I would say that compared to some of the previous paddles I have owned, I am getting about 20% more control and 20% less power, which is nice! The Max seems like a great paddle for the price!

What an amazing paddle. I did not need an adjustment period. Straight out the box I began playing games with it and my games have improved. I am getting power shots and more accurate placement. The best part is it is lightweight and easy to manage. I am happy with this paddle.

I want to add I started playing 6 months ago so this is great for intermediate players.

It’s a great paddle my serve got better and more accurate and I was able to reach shots I usually would miss. I’m not a 2 handed player so the longer handle was hard for me to get adjusted to. My reaction time was slower when I was at the kitchen because of the longer handle. After swapping it in and out with my old paddle for 3 weeks i decided to send it back and exchange it for the Max with the shorter handle.

It’s a great paddle it is a matter of preference when it comes to the handle grip.
