How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before it ships. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Note that processing and shipping times may vary during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays and are not guaranteed.

US Return Policy
Unused items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of being received. We will refund the original payment method. Returns showing wear or lacking tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please unbox products carefully to avoid damage.

Could use some work
I wasn’t going to leave a review but this bag is so close to being excellent and then misses on a few key things. Start with the fence hook. It clips on well but it’s very hard to get back off of chain link especially if you have any weight in the bag. The obvious place to store your paddles (the pouch on the back of the main compartment) is now being called a “15 inchlaptop pouch”which tells me they messed up the depth of this compartment and had to pivot on its use. It’s just not deep enough to store your paddle(s) without tilting them at an angle in the pouch. The other two interior zipped side compartments I thought were meant for shoes but I am now using them to store a sleeve of balls in each beciause me shoes wouldn’t fit and still zip up. The top flap compartment is small and well made but essentially useless if the lid is zipped shit because the paddle handles push the lid up and you can’t get your hand in it.
On a positive note, my top flap stitching came loose and I contacted them and they offered to replace it free of charge so I do like the company standing behind their product. Next time I will probably go with the pro bag instead.

Overall pretty nice bag
Although the bag appears to be made of good quality I I’m not totally happy with everything. A quality fence hook would be nice and the paddles need to be stored at an appropriate 10 degree angle for the flap to close. With all black interior, I find it difficult to locate the zippers and small stored items. A lighter interior color and/or contrasting zipper color would be beneficial.
