How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. You can click on that tracking number to track your order with the carrier.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Visit our Warranty Page and select the correct warranty for your product. Complete the form, and our team will review your claim. Expect a confirmation that we’ve received your claim immediately and a response to your claim via email within 2 business days!
Can I get a specific weight?
We offer guaranteed weight ranges on the Amped Control, Vanguard Control, and Vanguard Pro series. You can request a specific weight under “Customize Grip or Weight” for these paddles. Custom weight guarantees are not available for other models.
Do you provide demo paddles?
Instead of traditional demos, we offer a 30-day, no-hassle return and exchange policy on new paddles. Try one risk-free with standard shipping covered both ways in the U.S., so you’re never stuck with a paddle that isn’t right for you!
Do you have special offerings for veterans and first responders?

How long does it take to receive my paddle?
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping takes 5-7 days via USPS or FedEx. Expedited shipping is available but also requires 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed over the weekend ship on the following Monday or Tuesday. During high-volume periods, delivery may be delayed.
Only FedEx Overnight and USPS Priority Express are money-back guaranteed if late. USPS Priority, and FedEx 2-day to not have a money-back guarantee if they arrive later than expected.
